We provide expert repair services for all makes and models of endoscopic instruments including instruments that are discontinued or obsolete by the manufacturer. We offer you substantial savings on every repair and same-day service for most minor repairs.
Repair
All manufacturers’ instruments are usually repaired within one to two days. There is no need to buy new as we can extend the life of your instruments with our premier repair services. Due to our experience and unique capabilities, we have a 99% success rate on all types of endoscopic instrument repair.
Protection
Our instruments and repairs are warranted for 180 days. We are FDA-registered and ISO 13485 certified to ensure proper repair and patient safety. We will beat any competitors’ published pricing in repairs.
Budget Control Capabilities
AED is able to repair instruments that most repair companies say are non-repairable. Not only do we offer a free diagnostic evaluation on any repair but we can custom manufacture instruments, customize existing instruments, and even remanufacture obsolete instruments. Our service and repair procedures will extend the life of your instruments. We also offer the ENCORE™ Preventative Maintenance Program which guarantees cost containment. We maintain your tray of endoscopic instruments on a routine schedule at a fixed nominal cost. Our program consists of the following:
