Like at last year’s meeting, we will be meeting with key purchasing decision-makers to convince them we are the best choice for hospitals to use.
With the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in place and the increase of new patients going to the doctor, hospitals are forced to find ways to accommodate the increased demand for care. This leads to hospitals needing to cut costs in areas like surgical instruments and products.
In the medical device industry, huge corporations and their contractors dominate the field, leaving little to no room for smaller businesses, like us, with equally sound products and services for a fraction of the cost to compete and help hospitals adjust.
Our ultimate goal is to help hospitals save money so they can continue providing quality care. We sell our products and offer our repair services at economical prices without compromising on quality, performance, or reliability. We want to show these contractors that small businesses like us can provide the quality they’re looking for a lot less money.
Our question is: how much of the ACA agenda is really about helping hospitals if they don’t let smaller businesses compete?
